Pure Oxygen you would die of explosion, oxygen is very reactive and it's the cause of explosions and ageing
you can't get enough water from plants to survive and that's still water
earth is necessary, without it there would be no plants, no minerals, no foundations, no oil, etc.
They are all important, but I would say: water > air > fire > earth
theoretically life could live in an all water planet heated by tidal effects/the planet's core under an ice crust?
