I just read the article because I've seen his face but don't really know who he is. He's seriously deluded, misinformed or just ignorant. If he was indeed the Mayor of New York then he'd know that the statistics regarding police brutality - regardless of race - are inaccurate. Not all cases are reported, and therefore the FBI database is and was corrupt at the time of his office.
