Work is a very basic video, just because the song was successful doesn't mean the video should receive more credit than it's due

Not really, they let her perform 4 times.
If you're talking about the awards, well TIWYCF is the only one that really deserved it.
They snubbed her in the past tho (Man Down, BBHMM etc)

She was competing with Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Adele etc. back then, it would be a shocker if she had won..
