I'm so proud of Rihanna and loved the focus of her speech. It really is such a feat for her to come to the US from the Caribbean--a region left in poor economic shape following the horrors of 17th/18th century imperialism and often ignored by American history (for example, high schools rarely talk about how plantation slavery migrated from the Caribbean to the US south)--and SLAY the charts. She's such a huge star but still seems so humble and true to herself. Can't wait to see what she serves us next. Can't be sure what it'll be exactly, but I know it'll be quality
