For some reason, I've never seen a Laika film despite getting "Oh, that looks great, I wanna see it" vibes from every movie I'll try to check this out.
Mess I finally saw this last week. I thought the script was a bit lacking but they made up for it with the amazing visuals and interesting forms of storytelling. It has its faults but I still really enjoyed it.
Has this opened everywhere? I wanna know if it can still pull in at least 100M
It won't sadly. It's only made 63 million WW (47 million in the US) and I'm pretty sure it won't be open in theatres for much longer (if it even is still) given it's blu-ray and dvd release is a mere month or so away.
