these lil ****ers were *everywhere* from 2009-2012. I remember when schools in my area started banning them because kids started shooting them at each other in class. I also remember when there was that mass panic about how if you sweat while wearing a glow-in-the-dark silly band, you'd get cancer I still don't know if that was true or not.

I never got into it tbh. never really came to me, they were cute.
