this is FALSE because the deluxe package is PRICED APPROPRIATRELY, meaning they added the 8 dollars for the "fame monster" directly onto "the fame", which was $11.00
because of that people have the option of buyinge the $8 "monster" ep alone or they have the option to buy the two discs together for $18.00
therefore anybody who's buying the deluxe is purposly buying both cd's at FULL PRICE, which is why the deluxe sales count towards "THE FAME"
