why do people hate this concept, why do they feel threatened

Hunger is human and humans are hungry for worlds they can't share
We're greedy and we want more than our share.

but life is all about loving other people. at the root of us, it's what we desire. sometimes, though, external influences cloud that.

It is beautiful. Everyone should be equal, and every should be living in peace.

Because they're delusional in believing we already live in an equal world?

Or that they know we're unequal yet are indifferent?

I agree that people should have equal rights, but equality between all individuals does not exist and never will. It is a flawed concept.

After experiencing advantages all their lives or for a large part of it, people don't like to suddenly have to work harder for certain things they took for granted before.
