Anyway, the biggest components of gay face are the eyes and the smile. Gay guys just have a certain twinkle in their eyes and their smiles make them look like they're half happy / half crying.

Yes and no. It exists, but a straight guy could have somewhat of a gay face while a gay guy could have a very masculine face.

Extreme examples (one of them is in the OP) are always indicators that someone is gay.
