Ever since RE6 and RE5 came out on PS4, I've been playing RE6 excessively, trying to unlock everything

But I noticed the A.I.'s in this game are STUPID. You tell them to do something, they just stand there and say "I can't right now."
Maybe the inventory plays a key role in it, which I'll get to, but I noticed in RE5...
Sheva immediately when the checkpoint loads RUNS off to break a box and picks up ammo/gold. If you tell her to ATTACK, she actually does. I feel like I can 75% of the time lay back and let HER do all the work (if she has enough ammo).
Secondly, if you are low on health, she'll automatically scream "You need to be careful." ALSO if she needs ammo, she'll say it. If YOU need ammo, she'll give it to you. Forgot what she says though.
But about the inventory system, RE6 doesn't have that. You can't control your partners inventory which kind of lacks, which I think is why the A.I. is beyond pointless. They "help" you kill bad guys, but I feel like that 75% of the time I "lay back" I would end up dying and never progressing. I think that's why the A.I. in RE6 doesn't pick up ammo. You have to do it. I think their "ammo" supply is controlled and never runs out.
Honestly, you don't even need to co-op play in RE5. Sheva is like a player itself, if not better. I think, whatever Capcom did to Sheva, most A.I.'s can learn from in other games.
I hope she makes a comeback in the future games. I forgot if she is alive :x
I love you Sheva. <3
