I wanna know too, i'd ****ing LOVE to start doing this.
So many of my fave albums were done wrong and have really ****** designed packaging.

I did a quick google at it looks to be pretty straightforward to make the packaging for jewel case CDs with Microsoft Publisher (it has all the templates for printing).

I think you need an inkjet printer if you want it to look professional though (for the glossy paper).
I don't know how you'd print a booklet though.

I Want to do this so badly.
It's expensive though.
You need to buy jewel cases, blank CD's, glossy paper to print on, AND get a printer that prints on Discs.
