I don't think there's anything entitled about this, actually. If you guys don't go to clubs, the industry is about hospitality & excellent service. Anywhere with good business sense is letting model-like girls in for free, regardless of whether they're famous or not, as it increases their revenue when guys buy them drinks inside (what's $20 cover to a $300 bottle?). They're destroying their own client base by being so unaccommodating of two people who are clearly VIP; the story shouldn't even have leaked. This is a very normal celebrity request & anybody criticizing the pair over this is obviously clutching at straws, trying to find ways to vilify them
