It is an instant classic for Rob Sheffield, who is a reviewer for Rolling Stone, but there are more reviewers. Good for Selena that she gets acclaim even though I am personally still 50/50 about the album, she can do much more than she showed on that record.
Outside of her stans and ATRL no one is talking about this album, it really didn't leave that much of a lasting effect.

Maybe thats why Gwen and Britney's new albums are Revival-esque
Cause no one is really talking about it outside atrl. Its so irrelevant that "older" generation of pop girls are being inspired by it
