they could if Gaga/team wants them to. They might have to fork out more coins without an exclusive deal but all of that could happen.
Logically, they're either going to scrap everything and start again...or work with Apple to get around the restrictions.
They'll have the ads, banners, promo spots etc. in place ready for PI's release. It might be a bitter pill for Apple to swallow, but they could go ahead regardless and forgo exclusivity as long as Gaga doesn't make deals with Spotify etc. It's a mutually beneficial deal to give Apple Music content/exposure, and Gaga's name can still do that.
Depends if it all has to die along with the contract, i.e. they can't reuse the commercial. But even then, that's a question of reshooting at worst.
Even when Apple Music didn't exist, labels could buy all the iTunes banners like Beyonce did long before Frank Ocean. Also, now that it won't be an Apple exclusive, people will be able to listen to it on Spotify, aka the #1 platform for streaming that doubles the subscribers of Apple Music
I don't get why you are all worried, unless you're having trouble with the fact Gaga is going to get less coins since Spotify doesn't pay as well as Apple
