I think it's about Xtina, who would drag her in an interview and then praise her to no end in the next, changing the status of their non-existent relationship whenever it fit her promotional needs.
It's also about Justin who used her to promote himself until he got married.
It may also be about Avril who dragged her constantly during her debut era and even called Britney a *****, and only stopped pulling these stunts when Britney pulled a "they shipped it but it got shipped back" on her and silenced Avril forever.
And it could also be a lot more people.
