ok, I'm here for it if she will participate in Portuguese eliminations and will actually win the voting (and the song will be a proper b0p, so she won't be eliminated in semifinals )
Anyway this looks like Portuguese broadcaster is sending up trial balloons, cause at this point they simply have no idea what to do with the contest.
Céline Dion represented France in 1988, Olivia Newton John represented the UK in 1974 and most recently Elefthería Eleftheríou represented Greece in 2012.
But sometimes it's not even Portugal's fault but Europe's trashy taste. This for example is one of the best songs of all time and yet it didn't even make it into the grand final...
This is either good or bad. I honestly just want Nelly to drop her new album since it's apparently finished (or almost done). It's not like she's gonna be big or even close to relevant whether she does Eurovision or not.

But if she get's eliminated early or something she will be dragged harder than ever lol
