Yeah, she really, really, really wanted it to succeed. That's probably why she broke her contract with NBC and performed it at the DNC. It sucks that it didn't work out.
But why does she keep doing interviews about how she's still writing? I don't think anyone cares about that. She's hyping too much and is gonna cause overexposure!
She just talked about how she's still writing etc.
