This is why I try to stay in the moment... Sure, I can over-think about the future and what the past has done to upcoming time. But if I stay grounded in the moment, present, I'm able to not worry about *hundred years to come*. I think it's more interesting to try to have fun in my place, currently, than wheel in a time that's no longer, or a time that's not-quite-near. I like to think of the immediate horizon, so this is my focus. It's fruitful for me to watch how I move, what I grasp, what I see and understand, in the moment. Some call it mindfulness; I call it thinking in a way that good and helpful for me
