People love to harp on about album sales, Soundscan, RIAA, yet they have no clue. The highest-selling catalogues aren't shifting millions per year. Every album has years that make up its "prime window", and after that period of time, sales drop dramatically, due to new records, whether from that artist or others. If albums in the 90s and 00s haven't shifted millions in their catalogue years, 21 isn't going to lol.
