Apparently it has all the vitamins/nutrients you need in one formula, you can get it in powdered form or the pre-mixed one.
I honestly don't have the time/energy to cook healthy meals because I'm working a lot lately and I found myself eating more fast food than normal. Do you think it's a good idea for me to buy it? I'm thinking that I'll use it for breakfast/lunch and make my dinner when I get home from work. For about 60 meals a month it's about $100, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.
