Terrorism has hit many countries across the globe, but Brazil remains unscathed, even after hosting the Olympic Games and being the center of the world for the past month.
Why is Brazil / Rio Olympics terrorism free? (and that's a good thing)
France hosted Euro 2016 without any terrorist incidents and its a much higher priority target, they just step up the security for these sorts of things its not a big surprise.
Well, there was a terrorist plot discovered by the police when the games were about to start. Rio built up a massive secure team to secure nothing would happen and very glad it didn't.
Everyone was expecting the Rio games to be a disaster (Zika, terror, disorganization) but they honestly slayed it. The worst thing that happened was a privileged entitled American swimmer making up a story to make Rio look like a bad place.
