The guy who did Girls Can't Catch's 'Echo' is producing some tracks for her. The vibe is described more 'current' so I think we can expect a sexed up Leona when she comes back!
They also said the new album will arrive in November!

Brookland Entertainment president Eric Nicks has confirmed via his Twitter that producer/songwriter August Rigo is about to hit the studio with Leona Lewis to start work on her third studio album. The sessions are likely to take place once Leona’s 6-week UK Arena tour comes to an end this summer.
Regarding the Echo era, Larry Jackson (Head of Artist and Repertoire for RCA/Sony BMG) has said that he is having a meeting with Clive Davies about any future releases from Echo and he said, via twitter, that we will hear some news tomorrow!

I really hope that this doesn't flop because it just breaks my heart that "Echo", "Battlefield", and some other albums flopped when they are so amazing and deserved some of the biggest success, which is the opposite that they got.
Echo deserved to be successful That's the only reason I wanted a re-release, but I suppose even that may not have worked Bring on some new Leona anyway!

That is way too long to wait. Releasing this year is the best thing she can do following the relative disappointed of Echo.
That's the only reason I wanted a re-release, but I suppose even that may not have worked
