My brother has some uglee scars on his upper back area because he
didn't pop the pimples. Idgi. I stick to the maxim that you shouldn't apply pressure from both sides, as that causes the damage. Roll your finger in One Direction [
] over the pimple and burst it from one side to avoid a scar, or smth.
Not getting enough sleep and drinking alcohol can sometimes give me a spot on my chin, but generally I've never suffered with it really. I do get blackheads though, I think as I live in a polluted af city. They're seaux satisfying to pop.
