My friends like it! They all said it was boring the first time but then they apparently started listening to it later on and now most of them stream it on spotify which is a good sign
Honestly as another member has said..this is the type of song and artist that iwll require months of build up before anything catches to the mainstream. Remember how Just Dance by lady Gaga took ages to finaly become a hit? I'm not saying CL's Lifted will become as big as Just Dance but it can eventually become a minor hit and go at least top 50 on the Hot 100 which is more then enough to establish a core fan base and then grow from there. For CL she really needs to be present at award shows. She's also need a collab by a big artist to help expose her to the US market even if it is just an album track feature on like Halsey's new album or Justin new record (suggested these two artistsn ot because they match CL but because they are on the same management company and Scooter manages them all so he can hook her up with them.) She also needs to do radio interviews. This was something Iggy, Gaga etc were on point with when they debuted..they were going to radio stations, sucking up and acting fun and nice etc...CL needs to do this. I know she is shy by nature and is still not fully comfortable with talking in english (tho it is almost perfect) but she needs to suck it up and do it. All in all we just need to wait, support her, share with friends and she needs to promote the heck out of this and herself.
