That's not even what it is about at all - being white means you enjoy some privilege; there are definitely struggles a white person can have to endure like being LGBT+, a woman or being disabled, but they can still benefit from being white in a system where that immediately gives you an advantage.
Being a POC and LGBT/disabled/a woman means that you not only have to endure the struggle of being LGBT, you know have to endure the struggle that comes with being a POC. You do not enjoy any white privilege and you also have to endure the struggles of being LGBT. The system is not only working against you for being LGBT/a woman/disabled but you are also at a disadvantage for being a POC. So these people are now working at a double disadvantage.
Let's get this straight - no one thinks you're a bad person because you're white (or at least, they SHOULDN'T). There are white people who have done amazing things and truly good things. There are white people who would never even consider black people inferior - there were white people who fought against racism, even when slavery was still a thing. Being white simply means the system works for you in a way it doesn't for other POCs. All you really need to do as a white person is help or support the idea that we work towards bettering the system to make it one where everyone truly has a fair chance - but your race does not negate the struggles of being LGBT, or being a woman or being disabled. The Oppression Olympics does not exist and winning/losing doesn't make the oppression go away.
