but i will give it to Mario 3 on Nes. It was the best (and still the best) Mario game ever. the Super Nintendo upgrade was more polished but the audio sucked.

Super Mario World is by far.
They're both great games but Super Mario World is just awesome.
And it's Nintendo's most popular and legendary Mario game ever; Super Mario Bros 3 is second.
