There is a BIG difference between DANCING and ENTERTAINING first of all And choreography is just using memorization skills and pairing it with basic coordination and give the AVERAGE person a choreographer and a day and they can probably do what Gaga and Beyonce do. .That is why you see everybody else saying that it isnt THAT big of a deal that Beyonce learned the steps the day of since it is something fairly simple!
I know the difference and all...but go ahead and do it one day and post your video...would love to see how it would end up :P

Laurie Ann is just a patronizing bitch and like the person above me said there are levels of difficulty for choreography and the Single Ladies choreography is not even complex and it should beasy to see that. .All It is is a long routine but it is VERY simple if you actually sit down and watch all the moves it wont be that hard to mimic at all. . . .You can tell just from all the fan versions of the video that anybody can do it if they just can study and memorize the moves!
Danity Kane had some very complex choreography And if you watch MTB you'll know what I'm talking about. .Diddy overworked them girls!
I know the choreography is not as complex as people are making it out to be but she still memorized the moves in a short amount of time and she owned the choreo. Just give it up to Bey for the fact that she had 1 day to learn the choreo while Gaga and backup dancers had several and in the end BEY >>>>>>>>>>

I have to agree with this Ciara fan. And they would know about good dancing seeing how Ciara just about slays EVERYONE.
You don't have to be a "dancer" to get that choreography. If you know how to dance, even if you’re a moderate dancer, you can get it.
What I noticed in a lot of Beyonce's dance moves is, she uses her upper body, most notably her arms, more than her lower body. There is not a lot of footwork. Which is why most people can get the routines down pack, and in some instances do it better than her. Those two guys in the vid that was posted did kill it. And when Beyonce does use both upper and lower body when dancing, it looks really hard and stiff. It’s not smooth. Which sometimes looks as if she’s trying to hard, like in the Beautiful Liar video. Look at how effortlessly and smooth Shakira moves her hips and then look at Beyonce.
I give credit to Beyonce though. One great thing I can say about her is she gives it her all. Even though sometimes she shouldn’t.
Proves Bee stans are too much. The choreo isn't hard. I learned it in like an hour.
Upload and post your vid.. Seriously, I'm sick and tired of you people making this choreography out to be simple and pathetic.
"I can do it" -- such bs.. When I hear people say that, I picture a morbidly obese male that lives behind the monitor, and can barely stan up, let alone do a choreography routine..
I'm almost sure that Beyonce could do Ciara/Janet type of choreography if she wanted too, but that's not her style...
Whether it’s her style or not doesn’t matter. As a real dancer, you should be able to do all styles of dancing. But she probably could if she tried but I don’t think she would excecate it the way they would.
I will say that her style works for her because most the time she’s dancing and singing at the same time. It would be very difficult to do what Janet does, or even Ciara, and sound good sing at the same time.
