Although there were what 17M jobs created under the Obama administration there is still a high percentage of african americans that are unemployed. The food stamp usage increased and those 17M jobs didn't revitalize the economy.

Under Obama, as the unemployment rate went down for everyone so did it for blacks. Dropout rates declined. More are going to college.

The issue is jobs, wages, and student debt. Hillary has a plan, a plan Obama couldn't get through because of GOP obstruction. Equal pay, higher minimum wage, student loan relief, free community college, are all going to help us. Democrats care. It's the Republicans who don't.
