"Telephone" is because we've been hearing it since the ALBUM came out. It wasn't released as the actual single until late January and we got the video 5-6 weeks later due to editing. "Bad Romance" only took like 2 weeks before it premiered.

Well, Telephone says "To be continued", so there definitely will be a continuation, Alejandro fits well.

I asked someone who heard it one the radio and they said it included the intro and all. TBH, I really don't like the intro and I think the song would be better off without it.
