I Love Lucy built the soundstage on which every other sitcom can even exist, so really, it's no contest.

I Love Lucy is the sitcom of all sitcoms.
Seinfeld was amazing but only because it broke the mold and was very unique compared to other standard sitcoms.

Good Times was also huge and was the start for all black casts. The cosby show was very impactful as well. I'm sorry but I don't think friends has as much impact as people think although it is very popular.
