Jennifer Lopez beats Britney Spears' Vegas box office record

All I Have, J-Lo’s headlining show at the Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, earned over $1 million in box office revenue on August 13. This means that it beats out previous record-holder Britney Spears and her Piece of Me residency for the show with the most ticket sales in one night.
The Las Vegas Review Journal reports that All I Have marks the first show within the Caesars Entertainment property to top Spears’ previous one-night record with Piece of Me, which launched on December 27, 2013, becoming Planet Hollywood’s highest-grossing show to date.

I just can't believe JLo is grossing more than Britney since Britney is a legend and JLo clearly isn't. Meh.
J Lo has proven to be a much better performer and greater longevity over time so I'm not surprised.
How has she proven greater longevity when her last #1 album and single was in 2002 and Britney's last #1 album and single was in 2011? They both debuted in 1999, keep in in mind.

I love JLo, she was my very first fave when I was a kid. I bought all of her stuff for my JLo collection so don't take my comment as "shade" when really I am just stating facts.
