I used to really enjoy BIBO but it didn't really stick to me as much as the other highlights on the album.

I don't care how misogynistic this song is or how much of how a pig he sounds like, this song just oozes swagger. The hook goes off and I just love the back and forth between him and the female voice . This should have stayed up until the top 20 at least. Or at least got a 7 average.

The next song to leave closes off 8701. Not really any strong feelings on this one. It's sort of filler-y. I think the song is self-explanatory. It has a nice beat/production and the hook is pleasant.

The next track to leave, Wanksta, is 50 Cent’s first single after being discovered by Eminem; it started out as a mixtape track on No Mercy, No Fear, then got added to the 8 Mile soundtrack, and finally ended up as a bonus cut to Get Rich or Die Tryin'. Suffice to say it’s one of his more popular songs.
Fun fact: it was believed that Wanksta was meant as a diss track aimed Ja Rule. However, 50 stated that it was a diss towards anyone that could be considered a "wanksta", Ja Rule just so happens to fit the bill.

I really like this. It sounds a bit dated but I still mess with the production.

More or less how I felt about City Love . This is one of the more poppier tracks on the album so it's no surprise it outlasted many of the other songs on the album. Wish it could have made it further though .

21) School Spirit- 7.111

School Spirit
11: Playa Playa

9: Satan, AlexisNeiers, Paul McCartney

Fun fact: School Spirit utilizes an Aretha Franklin sample from the song "Spirit in the Dark". She let him use it so long as there was no profanity in the song, which is why some words are censored on the version on Spotify and iTunes.
Another track I was surprised to see such indifference for. This was always one of my favorites on the album. The first verse is one of my favorites because it sort of encapsulates what the album is all about. I felt like it was always underrated.
Yet again, Playa Playa seems to know what I'm thinking:
Quote:
I'm giving School Spirit my 11 because a) everyone underestimates the value of it and b) I love how the song (with the skits surrounding it) ties together the main theme of the album - college no longer being a viable solution for all. Kanye gives us real examples and delivers the anti-college anthem. But he uses the Aretha Franklin sample and backing vocals ("Alpha, step"..."I feel a woo coming on") and styles it into a typical college anthem and I love that. It's still very important and relatable 10 years later.

An 11 for School Spirit? I mean it's alright but it always sounded like an interlude kind of song to me. The explanation is cool.

oops, sorry I'm late
I'm fine with the results so far, though School Spirit should have made it to the top 20, if not top 10
