for those unaware there's a scale of how well meat is done, or the "doneness" of meat.
when you cook your meat (or when someone else does), how well do you like it to be cooked?
blue rare?
rare?
medium rare?
medium?
medium well?
well done? (aka a waste of good meat)
tbh I'm not really picky with medium nor am I with medium well, but I prefer medium slightly more. just because I like seeing the pinkishness, looks nice
how about you (if you eat meat, that is)?
