I've used the spray and the cloth and then just my shirt. Honestly the shirt works better since the first always leave smudges.

Just one of those lens wipes/clothes the glasses come with. Have been for a while and my glasses are scratch free. Never actually used the spray. Does it work?
Also, if you still do, stop using your shirts to wipe your lenses. They'll leave scratches everywhere

I stopped wearing them last year, but 99% of the time with my shirt.

I clean it daily with the cloth the optometrist gives you - it's a microfiber cloth. When there's something on the glasses or something that just won't come off on its own, I spray it with the alcohol spray they give you.
