Ariana Grande says NØ to Starchy Carb

Grande prefers organic oatmeal flavored with flax and cinnamon for breakfast every morning to get her energized and fueled up for the day ahead.
For protein she eats a handful of almonds and two eggs, making her breakfast a protein powerhouse. Adding a piece of fruit would be perfect, because women need two cups of fruit a day, according to Choose My Plate, a government initiative to get people eating the right foods in the right amounts.
For lunch, Grande has a lean protein, such as chicken or salmon, and pairs it with a vegetable, possibly kale, and hummus, as well as a piece of fruit.

What works for her doesn't necessarily work for everyone. Not everyone wants to follow food trends, be they born of fatphobia or genuine *health* concerns. Is there genuine health concern? I would think that a more varied perspective, when it comes to science, is great for people as they/we try to embrace food. I think food is something celebratory, not something that's rigid or needs to be put in rigid molds. If anything, I see food as nourishing and satisfying...It's a pleasure. So, sometimes, people aren't into being rigid with food. Some people like food for food, despite what people say about this food, that food, whatever.
For me: categorising my food is not fruitful at all. I think I can thrive with what works for me, not necessarily or always what people or ideas tell me to eat, not eat, throw up, think about as I eat, etc. For me there's more to food than names and numbers.

Why would she be eating eggs and animal products if she's vegan...

Sounds delicious and nutritious, no wonder she has a lean, toned body.
My breakfast of choice these days is granola with zero fat low sugar yogurt and pieces of fruit (peach, pear, grapes usually), plus eggs scrambled with turkey slices, and a nice black tea with milk.
