Both interviews I went to I ended up getting the job, so I've never had an interview and not got the job. What's harder for me is just getting the interview. Once I get there I usually do really well.
I've only done two interviews and I have gotten the two jobs I applied to. I have two jobs since I live in a country where we must work our asses off to live in a decent way.
For jobs in retail, always after the first interview
For my internship at a Big 4, only one interview with a partner (I did it overseas, so the process was pretty different to the UK system with online tests, assessment centres, interviews etc.)
Graduate jobs, I had a tonne of online aptitude tests/interviews/assessment centres, but rejected my offers and went into a boutique firm instead (after 3 interviews!). The process is so long and tiring
The Deutsche Bank graduate job interview process was the worst, so many interviews which asked pretty much the same questions every time just with a different person
I've been interviewed more than twenty times () and I've got three jobs until now. But I have been working more than three/four years at each job though, so that's okay I guess.
First one - I applied for three local internships online. Two of them did phone interviews - one of them was awkward. It was with these woman who sounded annoyed and extremely negative and I didn't feed off of her vibe well at all so I ended up being disinterested. The other phone interview was just your average they found someone else kind of deal. The job I actually ended up getting accepted me without an interview lol, they just based it off of my resume.
Second one - I applied for three internships in another area more specific to my career goals/where I actually wanted to be. The first interview is the one I ended up accepting. Second interview, I was invited for an office visit but was not given an offer. The third interview took weeks to get back to me, but did end up wanting an office visit. I declined the visit because I had already accepted the first's offer by that time.
2 official job interviews. Well technically 1 because i missed one and the other one i was 5 min late, all sweaty because i ran in middle of the summer, to be in time ... well the interview went well and they said they would call me but never did
idk sometimes i think im the awkward leading role in a sitcom
