A woman has been caught on camera as she allegedly steered her car with both of her FEET - leaving her hands free for texting on her mobile phone .

The dangerous driver was spotted on the I-76 in Pennsylvania as she travelled at speed down the carriageway.

In the clip, she appears to use her feet to change the direction of the car while holding a mobile phone in her hand.

The footage was recorded by Sarah DeLong, who posted on Instagram: "This woman drove with her left foot and both hands (and eyes) on her phone while she was driving... the entire time we were near her, which was a good 20 minutes... even on I-76.
