Currently live in a dorm in Atlanta but even I move out of the city (which will probably be within the next 5 years) I still plan on living in an urban environment with plentiful amenities like transit, etc. San Francisco, Chicago, New York, wherever. Internationally too, although no where too hot or too cold. Can't deal with the scorching heat in Houston or blistering cold in Moscow for example

What's you ideal environment to live in? Is it a big city? Is it a midsize city or the suburbs? Is it out in the country or in a small town? Tropical, arctic, near mountains, or in a desert?

I love Philly, I'm might move back over there in due time, plus I think I would benefit from living on that side of the states for my music, shoot, NY is just one train ride away...I could easily commute for gigs.

I live in a small town in the north of Italy that's very rural, but only 40 minutes away from Milan, which is very convenient. My ideal place would be something like this: rural residential/historical small town not too far from major airports. Sweden and the Czech Republic would be my ideal countries, but of course I really love Italy as well.

Ideally i want big city living.. I grew up in a farmtown of 2,000 people and not one traffic light.. its incredibly boring and really depressing, i dont know how people can spend their entire lives in a town like that.

New York City, I dont know if i could live in LA.. all the traffic and everything is so spread out while New York is more clustered together. Chicago is too cold and in the middle of the country.. im an hour from Miami now and if i had the opportunity maybe i would move there, but Florida is not where i want to live my entire life.

I would like to think that I could move and live in a city somewhere in Europe, like Amsterdam or Madrid or London.. but im too used to American convenience and culture and would probably get really homesick at one point.. ill travel the world but i dont think i could live anywhere else.

For my late 20's, 30's and early 40's, I'd love to live in a big, diverse, globalized economic powerhouse like Australia or California which in the same time has an excellent weather. But I'll make sure to retire in an Eastern Mediterranean city.

I live in a small suburb in Dublin but only a bus away from any of the major cities, which is okay for where I am in life at the moment.

But when I'm able to pick where I live, I want to move to Berlin. Hands down the best place/city I've ever visited. Extremely tolerant and very friendly (the only place I've been to that actually competes with Ireland on that front). The nightlife is amazing too and everyone loved my irish accent. I'd want to live in the heart of a major city, in a loft. But when I get older I'd want to settle down in a villege/suburb with an open-planned modern house.

I'm going to the US for the first time in a few weeks so I'll see if that can compare to Berlin.

The people there are the most friendly I've come across. The canals are great to go peddle-boating down. It's never a dull place.

In a warm country in the Mediterranean. Doesn't have to be directly by the beach, as long as it's not too far away and there is a pool around. A small apartment with a nice terrace/balcony, so I can have breakfast outside and start the day off in the sun.

Somewhere in the Scottish countryside, but not to far away from a hospital because I don't want to die just because it took an ambulance forever to get to me so not too isolated as long as there aren't any other people within like a mile radius then that would be good.
