It's already the middle of August and Summer still hasn't shown any sign of showing up here. We had so many things planned for this Summer and all of them have been forced to be cancelled.

In July we got an entire years worth of rain. Since June 20, we've only had like 9 rain-free days.

I feel like it's all just gone to waste.

They keep promising it will get better, but it never materializes. First they said August would be drier and sunnier, and now they're saying "September it will be sunnier and drier." I need my sunshine, t-shirts and shorts.

So how has summer been where you live?

It's been on and off here but it's pretty much over and school is starting so yeah...looking forward to Halloween and Winter

I've actually loved it so far. No days that were really too hot and the weather wasn't too dry like it usually is

Yes, but every bloody day? It's literally rained basically every day since the end of June. And then after it finishes raining and the sun comes back out, you get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Its basically unpleasant to be outside these days. I can deal with the humidity as long as I can be outside without either bug spray or an umbrella.

I hate that summer months are pretty short-lived...Winter always seems to drag on from September (Yea it seems to be starting earlier and earlier ) to April It snowed in April this year Twenty days later, it was 20 degrees What kinda Canada. Messy tea messy I wish my area had more consistent weather. I don't think Toronto is constructed for wishy-washy weather like this. In Ottawa, there was a kind of consistency. In Toronto, wind is blowing everywhere, the sun taps in some areas and not others...I think it has to do with that lake
