Homosexual - You want to have sex with people of the same gender (Sexually attracted)
Homoromantic - You want to be in a relationship with people of the same gender (Romantically attracted)
No shade but there will never be a day when I refer to myself as a homoromantic homosexual. I don't see much of a need for these.
Actually I can define myself precisely with 'biromantic homosexual'. Because I am romantically attracted to women but not that I would like to have sex with them. Romantic orientation actually matters and I bet I'm not the only one who feels the need of this label. P.S. I can already see people like me here, which makes me happy as a biromantic homosexual.

Eh, it's not like you have to introduce yourself as "homoromantic homosexual" just like cisgender people don't have to introduce themselves as such The distinction is more for people whose sexuality and romantic attraction differ.
