Title is misleading. Should say stillborn, not newborn. I don't understand the issue. It wasn't alive. Nobody suffered? It was going to decompose underground (if buried) anyway? I'm really confused. I hope everyone can work something out though. It is pretty awful that it was forgotten about for almost a week though. But I don't think anyone should be sued. It's not like they murdered the child...
They were still being negligent and failed to follow procedure on what to do with the body.
The baby's body was left somewhere in the hospital instead of being taken to the morgue.
They deserve to get sued.
omg not the damn UK I was expecting some country with a terrible economy or war torn area. How the hell do you forget about a dead baby. Like this doesn't even make sense. Surely a nurse would have noticed the smell if nothing else? Like was it kept in a private room?
