Trump is unmannerly, it's true - but the thing is, he was literally answering a question by said reporter. She's actually being just as unmannerly by interrupting the answer. If she wants to be a fair reporter, she should let him finish what he has to say THEN counter his response. Interrupting him mid-response isn't good manners at all because she literally asks him to speak on something then she wants to cut him off anyways.
Like Trump is a total douchebag but there are much better examples of his unsuitability for the POTUS position than him stopping someone who was trying to interrupt his response to their question, and then slapping the misogyny tag on it to boot.
Utilizing double standards to maintain righteousness doesn't really put you in any of a better light than their side does. It's better to be honest and fair when establishing a rationalization as to why you think something or someone is wrong - don't leave any room for unclear or dubious nuances.
For instance, Trump's misogynistic side is better evidenced by his entire feud with Megyn Kelly - and his bad manners are better evidenced by his comments on John McCain's time spent in captivity.
