2 years after its release, the holy masterpiece Ultraviolence by Queen of Music still remains a gorgeous album. Even though the quality decreases towards the end of the standard version (by hitting its lowest point with Money Power Glory ), it rises again with the brilliant 5 deluxe/bonus tracks (Black Beauty, Guns And Roses, Florida Kilos, Is This Happiness, Flipside + Fine China & Your Girl )

While the criticism towards Honeymoon about being "boring" can be acceptable, the same thing cannot be said for Ultraviolence unless you have a very ****** music taste.

So ATRL, is UV still a masterpiece in your heart?

It's not without its flaws - the album version of West Coast is unlistenable, Money Power Glory is the definition of filler, Pretty When You Cry and FMWUTTT are just OK - but it's a really great album. It has some career highlights, such as Old Money, Shades Of Cool, Sad Girl, etc., so.

Sad Girl, MPG and Old Money are some of the weaker tracks indeed, but they don't prevent anything!

I will not have anyone coming for Guns And Roses! If you can forget about the repetitive chorus, the bridge and the verses are just brilliant to listen to over and over again. I've seen the light sistrens, you can too.
