Do we know if there will be any other female heroes in the Justice League movie? If so, who? If not, who would you predict or want to see?

I know Wonder Woman and Mera are gonna be in it, but Mera is basically the female version of Aquaman.

Marvel's Avengers have a lot of female characters: Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Agent 13, Maria Hill, and the most recently added Captain Marvel.

I'll be a bit disappointed if Wonder Woman and Mera are the only heroines in JL.

I'm not sure if you can compare honestly with Marvel, the first avenger movie only had Black Widow

The most I would expect is Hawkgirl/Batgirl surprise appearance.

That was four years ago tho. DC needs to catch up.

They had 3 female villains (4 if you count Amanda Waller) in Suicide Squad. There is no excuse anymore.

Well another problem is that the base of the original Justice League barely have female characters in the first place. They would need to expand the plot to enable more female character to have a role if they intend on remaining somewhat true to that base. As of now they're sticking with the traditional heroes we are all familiar with.

So the Justice League film will be like an origin story? I get confused with the timelines.

Cause they could always add Black Canary or Hawkgirl/Batgirl, like you said.

Well I'm assuming the movie is about the formation of the Justice League. Hawkgirl and Black Canary would fit in that nicely. Batgirl doesn't fit in with the Justice League exactly but with the background story from Batman v Superman she could easily make an appearance imo.

I really hope they do add either Black Canary or Hawkgirl. Preferably Black Canary. I could totally see Batgirl having a cameo as well.

Idk, two female superheroes would be fine with me if the second one wasn't Mera. I feel like Mera doesn't really stand on her own as a character. And I'm just afraid all of her scenes will be with Aquaman and she will barely do much. I mean, I'm still excited to see Amber Heard in costume and see what she could do, but I just feel like I want more.
