I freaking hate how people go to the freakn grocery store and buy a $5 bag of apples when i can go to the mexican store and buy the same bag for less than $1. Also people go to panera bread or starbucks and buy a $30 cup of coffee or bowl of soup when i can make that all at home for less than $3. Why are people so freaking dumb when it comes to spending money? I always hear people cry and whine about how they cant live on minimum wage and gee i wonder why you cant afford to feed yourself and have to resort going to soup kitchens girl.

I agree with you. I cringe so hard at foreign tourists eating in blatantly scam places in Milan that will give you a dish of caprese salad for 20 euros when anywhere else it would cost 8. The other week I saw a German girl who was undecided about entering this ovepriced as hell restaurant, so I reached to her and stopped her, advising her honest restaurants nearby. I felt like that was my good deed of the day

I'm in the comfortable position that I don't have to care about the prize - If I want it, I'll buy it right there where I am. What you don't understand is that having to go to another shop for a certain item or looking for sales etc. costs time and time is money.

If I can pay 3 dollars for something, but I have to make it, I'd rather just pay the 2 extra bucks to be served.
