I think its stupid. I dont need to buy a macbook pro or bring my starbucks drink to class just to sit there and look pretentious. The quality of education in the usa has been lost. I also hate how excited freshman students act when they are about to college just because mommy and daddy is letting them go when after they graduate and are unenmployed, they run back. I never liked college life or the students. They always seemed fake af.

im not using college for education. I attend the #30 best university in the world. I strictly using my university for its name to get ahead in life

I go to a medical school in the UK and even though the sitting around looking pretentious is a thing, the education is a must to become a doctor... so nah...

But other degrees, too, are important to get ahead in life... Especially if it's a good uni, then a degree FROM A GOOD UNI gets you to the front of the employment line, right behind those with masters and PhDs

Nah just make smart choices.Most, not all People choose to spend thousands and put themselves in debt solely for the title of a school or some other ****. Stay home

Maybe in America it's a bit too focused on campus stuff, but here in Italy there is no such thing, so at least here university is very respectable (and not overpriced at all).

You'll most likely get hired anyway if you're an excellent student and have plenty of work experience in your field.
