If you liked those three, I feel like Twin Star Exorcists, 91 Days, and Mob Psycho 100 (written by the guy who wrote One Punch Man) would be up your alley. If you're looking for something that's not an action/adventure, Orange is good (romance), and Sweetness & Lightning and Love Live Sunshine (the original is not required to watch) are good slice-of-life shows.
Maybe hold off on Re:Zero. I think I mentioned this before (sorry if I sound like a broken record
), but while Re:Zero isn't depressing, it's tough to watch at times. It might be better to binge watch it once it's done.
Fake Edit: Actually, don't watch Orange right now.
That's a show that'll make you depressed.
And don't apologise about re:zero I think i'll skip it despite the positive reviews in here, just not up for that type of thing rn.

91 Days is cute so far. If you like The Sopranos or Boardwalk Empire or one of those type of shows, it's basically the same thing except animated.
Although the hiatus has definitely killed the pacing/memory of people who have kept up with it
