The 2016 International Songwriting Competition (ISC) has announced its panel of judges. The roster includes Tom Waits, Lorde, Chris Cornell, Ziggy Marley, the Dixie Chicks’ Martie Maguire, Bastille, Vijay Iyer, the Civil Wars’ Joy Williams, Fat Joe, Femi Kuti, Devo’s Gerald Casale, Donovon, India Arie, Kaskade, and more, along with several music industry executives.
