No tbh, I'm gay because of my upbringing it was heavily gay influence so I was influence by that lifestyle and I also have a child hood friend who was actually raise by his gay godfather and his boyfriend and I think my childhood friend is gay on the DL all tho he says he isn't gay but I know for sure he has messed around with at least 1 guy. I feel he was gay influenced by the 2 gay males that raised him all tho it was unintentional of course! So that's my reason as to "no" its honestly not a good idea. If someone likes men, they like men. No parents are going to change that fact.

If anything, I'd say it probably makes child raised by gay parents feel more open-minded to any LGBT+ feelings they may experience rather than repress them. But that's not a bad thing.

I'm just speaking from my personal experience and my friends tbh.. It really depends on the gay parent. His god father was severely fem (nothing wrong with that) but that may have confuse my friend, this was over 10 years ago so I don't remember well. His mother figure was a feminine male and his father figure was a straight acting man. Am I making sense? That can confuse a child who is 9. I really do feel my child hood friend became gay because of his upbringing. He says he isn't but he has had sex with a guy. Perhaps he does it on the DL and I just don't know about it
