There is a plot with the longer version and obviously they cut the plot out from the Longer version so yeah this is a false indication of what the real video should be about.

Seriously they have to leave the part that Beyoncé killed her bastard boyfriend and wore that Paparazzi-shades. It could make more senses than cutting all through and suddenly jumping into a synchronized dance with lots of people dying around.
